§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:
Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. In the case of a service contract or a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:
Brigitte Junge
Baad 6
D-74535 Mainhardt
Email: junge.brigitte@googlemail.com
by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Booking
Bookings must be made in writing (by email or online form). The client must provide all necessary information for contract processing. The contract is concluded upon booking confirmation.
By booking, the client accepts the General Terms and Conditions.
The client’s own general terms and conditions apply only with the written consent of Brigitte Junge.
If a booking cannot be accommodated, the client will be notified by email.
Costs and Payment Terms
Prices listed in the offer are final prices. VAT is not shown in accordance with § 19 UStG.
The price must be paid within the stated payment period to the following account after receipt of the invoice:
Recipient: Brigitte Junge
IBAN: DE16 2022 0800 0054 6464 81
BIC: VVIDLUL2XXX, Bank: Vivid
If the number of participants for an event is limited, places will be allocated in the order of bookings received. Brigitte Junge reserves the right to withdraw from the contract even after booking confirmation if payment is not received within the specified period. The place will then be given to someone else.
Cancellation by the Client
Failure to attend booked appointments or events does not constitute cancellation. A client may cancel an individual coaching session up to exactly 24 hours before the start. Cancellation deadlines for courses, seminars, webinars, and workshops are stated in the respective offer. Cancellations must be made in writing. Email cancellations are valid only after confirmation by Brigitte Junge. The decisive factor is the time the cancellation is received. If an appointment is missed without prior personal, telephone, or timely written notice, it must be paid in full.
Cancellation by Brigitte Junge
Brigitte Junge may make participation in her events conditional on certain personal and/or factual requirements, which will be communicated in advance. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, or if Brigitte Junge is prevented from attending (e.g. due to illness or force majeure), events may be cancelled at short notice. She will make reasonable efforts to offer a replacement event at a later date so that paid places remain valid. However, she will be liable upon request only for a refund of the price paid, and not for any further damages (e.g. travel or accommodation costs).
Brigitte Junge reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice for good cause in the event of repeated grossly inappropriate behaviour (e.g. offensive remarks) that continues after a clarifying conversation. In such cases, she retains the full price.
Liability
All offers by Brigitte Junge serve personal development and are not suitable as therapy. The client bears full responsibility for their own actions during the entire event. Brigitte Junge works to the best of her knowledge and ability with clients towards an optimal solution. Success cannot be guaranteed. She assumes no liability for any advice given or the use of acquired knowledge.
Confidentiality, Copyright, and Data Protection
Brigitte Junge undertakes to maintain confidentiality regarding all information of her clients. Participants in workshops must also maintain confidentiality about matters of other participants that are of a confidential nature or whose confidentiality is expressly required. Image and audio recordings of Brigitte Junge, her employees, and her dogs, as well as their distribution via social media, also require her express written consent.
